EXCHANGE POLICY

All shoes can be exchanged if the fit is wrong or the shoe has been damaged in transport.

Due to the gorgeous soles please try on your Dopp's on a soft surface such as a carpet or rug, any sign of wear and we can't accept the merchandise back.

RETURNS

We understand returns happen. Too small or too big, let’s make this easy for both of us! If you are not completely satisfied with your Dopp purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

Refunds will only be issued for full priced unused items. Items purchased on sale or using a discount code may only be returned for store credit or exchange. Candles, stuffed animals, jewelry, sunglasses, masks, perfume & incense are all final sale.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. In store purchases can be returned within 7 days. Online returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date and should be prepaid. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to their full amount. We are not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/ refunds are processed.

We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus the shipping costs.

We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
